Requirements
- Coordinate workplace health & safety programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify hazards and recommend preventive measures.
- Organize and monitor employee training in occupational health, safety procedures, and emergency response.
- Liaise with occupational health providers to schedule mandatory medical check-ups and monitor employee fitness for work.
- Maintain documentation and reporting related to workplace accidents, medical examinations, and corrective actions.
