Requirements
- 2-4 years HR experience, with at least 2 of those as a successful recruiter (preferably for tech roles) in a high-growth tech start-up
- Experience in onboarding, processes and documentation, and employee engagement is an added advantage
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning a project from start to finish
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and core Labour Law
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial, determined, and able to wear many hats
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
