Job Description
Branch is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to act as a strategic and execution-focused force multiplier for the Product Org. This role will partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams, focusing on building scalable systems, streamlining product development processes, and ensuring seamless product launches. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for operationalizing systems and leveraging AI/automation.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in Product Operations, product or program Management, or closely related roles (B2B SaaS)
- Track record of building scalable processes and systems.
- Experience working with Product Management, Product Design, and Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with data analysis, survey tools, and user research.
- Experience in design operations or user experience research.
- Experience operationalizing AI/automation within business workflows.
