Braven is hiring a Business Analyst to support the organization’s growth by providing cyclical and ad hoc data insights and thought partnership to Braven’s program teams. The role will lead data analysis, create ad-hoc reports, and serve as a thought partner on all questions and situations related to program data.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a quantitative field or work experience that demonstrates expertise in quantitative analysis
- At least 5 years of working in a quantitative or analytical role or equivalent experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)
- Meaningful experience writing and presenting compelling data-driven stories, arguments, and narratives for internal and external audiences
- Proficiency in designing and building interactive dashboards in business intelligence solutions (Tableau preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Learner’s mindset, which you use to master new tools, software, and ways of working
- Strong strategic thinking skills, including a proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
- Ability to take initiative to solve challenges and tap into opportunities
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills
