Business Analyst

Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares college students to secure a strong first opportunity after college graduation through a career-accelerating program. As a Business Analyst, you will support the organization’s growth by providing cyclical and ad hoc data insights and thought partnership to Braven’s program teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a quantitative field or work experience that demonstrates expertise in quantitative analysis
• At least 5 years of working in a quantitative or analytical role or equivalent experience
• Expert proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)
• Meaningful experience writing and presenting compelling data-driven stories, arguments, and narratives for internal and external audiences
• Proficiency in designing and building interactive dashboards in business intelligence solutions (Tableau preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
