Braze is seeking a Customer Success Manager II to own client renewals, retention, and net retention targets, and to build strong customer relationships and create mutual value for customers and Braze.
Requirements
- 2-5 years relevant experience in a related area, for example Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementations or Project Management
- Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (HTML etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex accounts and prioritize multiple stakeholders
- Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action in the face of change
