Job Description
This position involves preparing and taking cases to trial, conducting new investigations, and preparing for all legal proceedings, including arraignments, hearings, and court appearances. It involves researching legal issues, preparing documents, and presenting to a Grand Jury and court. This role rotates through office divisions including trial court, intake, appellate, and juvenile.
Requirements
- Prepares and presents assigned cases to Grand Jury and District Courts.
- Prosecutes felony criminal cases before juries and District Courts.
- Performs legal research and writing regarding criminal law and procedure.
