Requirements
- Develop classroom procedures and manage the classroom's flow of the day guiding co-teachers to achieve classroom management and quality curriculum implementation
- Mentor, train and grow teachers, modeling Brella’s teacher best practices and supporting the teacher evaluation process
- Implement Brella curriculum and develop daily modifications as needed per age group or emergent class interests and demonstrate that the target curriculum engagement/quality elements are being achieved
- Act as point person for family communication providing curriculum and development updates
- Model and mentor providing a safe and loving environment for children in collaboration with a team
