Join Brex as a Director, Procurement to lead the design and execution of Brex’s procurement strategy, develop strong vendor relationships, and drive process improvements. This is a hybrid role that combines in-office and remote work with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and cost savings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, including leadership of a procurement function
- Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings, contract improvements, and process efficiencies at scale
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems, contract negotiation, vendor management, and spend analytics
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across Finance, Legal, Security, and business teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect procurement decisions to broader financial and business outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills to drive alignment and adoption of procurement best practices
- High level of integrity, judgment, and commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
