Brex is seeking a Director, Procurement to lead the design and execution of the company's procurement strategy, driving cost savings, efficiency, and scalability. The role requires 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, including leadership of a procurement function.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, including leadership of a procurement function
• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings, contract improvements, and process efficiencies at scale
• Strong knowledge of procurement systems, contract negotiation, vendor management, and spend analytics
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across Finance, Legal, Security, and business teams
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect procurement decisions to broader financial and business outcomes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills to drive alignment and adoption of procurement best practices
• High level of integrity, judgment, and commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
