Dietary Director

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or a related field; registered dietitian (RD) certification preferred
• Proven experience in dietary management, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or institutional settings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Ability to develop and implement dietary programs tailored to diverse needs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer applications related to dietary management and reporting
