This key leadership position oversees all foodservice-related activities, including retail, cafeteria, catering, and providing care for patients, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction. The role requires effective management, budgeting, and team leadership, with daily operations covering all aspects from 5am to 9pm.
