Job Description
Mavericks Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Training to join their growing team. The role focuses on training commercial teams within the BridgeBio family, with a track record of success in the development of clinical expertise and managing complex projects. This is a dynamic role that supports the development of life-changing medicines for rare diseases.
Requirements
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial functions within the biotech/pharma industry
- 2+ years of experience in training, field team training preferred
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to simplify complex scientific topics for learners
- Ability to lead and successfully manage complex projects
- Excellent communication skills and self-awareness
