Job Description
BridgeBio Solutions is seeking a VP, Medical Affairs leader to lead medical affairs teams for ML Bio Solutions, developing an enzyme substrate therapy for Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy Type R9. This role focuses on medical strategy, relationship management, ensuring compliance, and generating momentum towards patient-focused innovation in a BBP-418 program. The ideal candidate will have clinical expertise and experience leading teams in matrixed environments.
Requirements
- MD (highly preferred) or Ph.D. in a relevant medical field
- 8+ years of experience in medical affairs
- Solid clinical and scientific acumen
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams
- Facile communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
