Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years sales/marketing experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce (CRM) required
Certified Retail Pharmacy Technician
High school diploma, 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, and registered and licensed with the Massachusetts State Board of Pharmacy
Clinical Care Coordinator
Minimum 3-5 years of care coordination or case management experience; Active RN license or LCSW in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island; Familiarity with TRICARE, ECHO, ACD, and DHA/DoD health system standards
Member Retention & Education Specialist
Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years experience, excellent interpersonal and sales skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
