Field Sales Representative-- Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut

Brighton Marine is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales and outreach efforts to potential military beneficiaries within the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut region. The role focuses on building relationships with the military community, engaging with prospective and current members, and executing targeted sales strategies. The Field Sales Representative will serve as a trusted liaison between USFHP and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, or public affairs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Strong sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed goals
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills
• Deep familiarity with the local military community
