Job Description
Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate Clinical Manager to oversee high-quality patient care in home settings. Requirements
- Conducts/participates in quarterly quality improvement meetings
- Reviews applicable data and oversees implementation of improvement plans
- Supervises and responds to external & internal audits
- Completes documentation and chart reviews
- Conducts case conferences to ensure oversight
- Facilitates development of performance improvement action plans
