Job Description
AT Home Care & Hospice is seeking a RN specializing in hospice care to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients with terminal illnesses. The role involves comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. RN will work with patients and families, facilitating a peaceful transition and ensuring high-quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in State and American Heart Association CPR certification
- One (1) to two (2) years of acute care experience in an institutional setting
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in home care
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with one (1) year of hospice experience preferred
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
- Must be a licensed nurse with an automobile insurance
