Job Description
Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a passionate, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert, patient-centered care at a critical time in people’s lives in Baltimore City, MD. The role involves 1:1 care, creating care plans, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. It offers a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and potential for growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
- One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements
