Job Description
Grane Hospice is seeking a passionate and dedicated Hospice Admissions RN to provide expert, patient-centered care at a critical time in people's lives. This position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for advancement. The role involves visiting patients, assessing their needs, and coordinating hospice services.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
- One year of hospice nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements
