Requirements

• 4-5 years of product management experience in fintech, lending, or consumer financial products
• Experience owning core product surfaces or flows with meaningful impact on usage, retention, or risk
• Strong intuition for user needs paired with a metrics- and experimentation-driven approach to decision-making
