Senior Product Manager I - Repayment Innovation

Brigit is a holistic financial health company helping everyday Americans build a brighter financial future. As a Senior Product Manager I for Instant Cash, you will own key parts of Brigit’s core experience, with a focus on repayment innovation and credit limit optimization.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, payments, or consumer financial products
• Experience owning core product flows with meaningful revenue, risk, or retention impact
• Strong intuition for user needs paired with a metrics- and experimentation-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience working with data science or risk functions
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving complex initiatives from incubation to scale
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
