Research Associate to Senior Scientist, Oligonucleotide Chemist

Brii Bio is seeking a skilled oligonucleotide chemist for our growing drug discovery team. The individual will be working in our state-of-the-art discovery laboratory in Shanghai, China.

Requirements

• Synthesis of novel oligonucleotide analogs
• Design, set-up and preparation of libraries of oligonucleotide analogs
• Purification of oligonucleotide drug analogs
• Exploration of incorporation of novel RNA monomers and other chemistries
• Scale up initial library amounts
• Optimization of synthesis conditions
• Development of analytical methods
• Independent design, planning and execution of in vivo studies
• Careful documentation of data and results
• Preparation and delivery of scientific presentations
• Collaboration and management of external CRO teams
• Cross-functional work in a fast-paced research organization
• Staying current with scientific literature and advancements in the field
