Research Associate to Senior Scientist, Oligonucleotide Chemist

Brii Bio is seeking a skilled oligonucleotide chemist for our growing drug discovery team in Shanghai, China. The successful candidate will work independently and design, synthesize and purify oligonucleotide constructs, including siRNA and ASO modalities, with high purity. The role requires experience in analytical methods, oligonucleotide synthesis, and state-of-the-art equipment operation.

Requirements

• Design, synthesis and purification of oligonucleotide constructs
• Experience in analytical methods, including chromatographic purification and analytical characterization
• State-of-the-art equipment operation, including oligonucleotide synthesizer equipment
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external CRO teams
• Scientific research, publication and presentation experience
