The Associate Director will lead a multifaceted team in expanding high-quality housing access and ensuring utilization of vacant unit portfolio. This role directly supervises managers and their teams to secure quality affordable housing for vulnerable individuals.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in permanent supportive housing (PSH) development, unit acquisitions and/or homeless services programs
- At least 3 years supervising a team or comparable levels of leadership
- Knowledge of the LA County affordable housing landscape and homeless services sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership as evidenced by increasing levels of responsibility and management
- Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple complex projects and timelines concurrently
