Job Description
Brilliant Corners is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive case management services to adult clients on felony probation in Los Angeles County, impacting individuals transitioning from homelessness or institutionalization. The role involves assessing needs, developing case plans, providing support throughout the housing and employment process, and connecting clients to community resources. It's a client-centered approach with a focus on client success and requires creative problem-solving and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience providing direct mental health and/or intensive case management services OR at least one year of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices (Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, Motivational Interviewing)
- Valid California driver’s license and personal insured vehicle
