Job Description
The Project Manager role is responsible for the overall planning, directing, coordinating, and financial outcome for large, $50+ million, complex construction projects. The position involves conceptual development, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful project planning, execution, and closure.
Requirements
- 5+ years project management experience in commercial construction
- Relevant experience supporting $50+ million projects from conception to completion in diverse commercial market sectors
- Prior conceptual estimating and bidding experience in commercial construction is required
