CCI Engineering & Construction is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and contribute to the design, analysis, detailing, and quality assurance of mechanical systems for diverse building projects.
Requirements
- Lead the design, analysis, and modeling of mechanical systems using industry-standard software and BIM tools
- Develop and review HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, and federal building projects
- Serve as Engineer of Record, preparing, reviewing, and sealing construction documents as required
- Provide senior-level technical oversight and quality assurance for mechanical calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Perform and oversee field inspections, job site visits, and inspection reports on a periodic basis as needed
- Maintain and foster relationships with existing clients, ensuring all project requirements, schedules, and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and internal departments to ensure design feasibility, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Mentor, train, and foster the professional growth of junior engineers and design staff
- Support proposal development, scope definition, and technical reviews as needed
