Senior Structural Engineer

CCI Engineering & Construction is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead and contribute to the design, analysis, detailing, and quality assurance of diverse building projects. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience across the full project lifecycle and excels at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural designs meet quality standards, applicable codes, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License (any state)
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design for building projects
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., RAM, RISA, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar)
• Advanced knowledge of structural design principles, materials, and construction methods
• Thorough understanding of applicable building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and provide technical direction
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and sound engineering judgment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing interaction
