Job Description
Brixio is a cybersecurity and cloud services provider seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to client-facing systems. This role involves troubleshooting network and application performance issues, proactively monitoring security, and participating in incident response. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, web performance, and security, along with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical support or NOC role.
- Strong understanding of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, proxies, caching, and CDN mechanics.
- Hands-on experience with network and web application troubleshooting tools (e.g., curl, dig, traceroute, Chrome DevTools).
- Understanding of web application architecture and securityfundamentals.
- Familiarity with core cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and exposure to major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical support or NOC role.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
