Job Description
Brixio is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Network and Security, responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, resolving complex issues, and optimizing configurations. This client-facing role requires a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills. The role focuses on maintaining Cloudflare-based solutions and providing proactive security support.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, proxies, caching, and CDN mechanics.
- Hands-on experience with network and web application troubleshooting tools (curl, dig, traceroute, Chrome DevTools).
- Familiarity with web application architecture and securityfundamentals.
- Familiarity with core cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and exposure to major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
