Account Manager (Hybrid, NY, NJ)

We are looking for an Account Manager to assist with overall account management and sales efforts, including sales and retention strategies and execution activities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' related job experience and a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field.

Requirements

• Assist and help maintain the strategic aspects of enterprise-wide client relationships
• Perform account planning to ensure active relationship management and identify whitespace opportunities for maximum revenue retention and sales growth
• Support renewal of existing products/services and uncover up-sell opportunities
• Identify and leverage thought leadership content for deeper client engagement
• Act as a liaison with internal Business, Product, Sales, and Client Relations teams
• Participate in client outreach and have direct contact with clients
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to help drive retention and growth
• Begin to independently plan approaches to assigned accounts
• Maintain close collaboration with colleagues to support all aspects of the account management process
