Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for our office in Berlin to plan, budget, and optimize Paid Ads campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok. The role focuses on data-driven optimization, creative collaboration, and team support. This position is full-time, with the option to work part-time.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Social or Paid Search
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Comfortable with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and Pixel setup
- Familiar with Performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR and Budget efficiency
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization
- Understanding of funnel strategies, attribution and customer journey
- Analytical thinking and a love for numbers, reports and dashboards
- Good copy and design sensibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in Fashion, trends and fashion aesthetics
