Job Description
neowake GmbH is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and other channels. This role focuses on data-driven marketing, leading strategy development, and maximizing ROI. The position requires a proactive and analytical individual comfortable with budget management and rapid execution.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communications or comparable training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience in the management & optimization of paid campaigns
- Sound handling of five-digit advertising budgets & ads accounts
- Knowledge of common analysis & tracking tools
- Numerical aptitude, rapid perception skills & analytical thinking
- Very good self-management and reliability in a digital environment
- Fluent in German & English in speech & writing
