Job Description
Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions is seeking an Associate Operations - BOWS to join its Platform Operations team in London. The successful candidate will work on projects across various funds, focusing on client onboarding, process improvement, automation, data mapping, and strategic project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years' experience in fund finance or fund operations
- Experience working with Luxembourg fund structures
- Proven ability to learn quickly and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong technical skills for automation and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
