The Alts Institute is a global education and engagement platform designed to empower financial professionals with the knowledge, insights, and tools to better understand and position alternative investments within client portfolios. We are seeking a Client Portfolio Specialist to lead the international activation of The Alts Institute, overseeing the strategic execution of programs that deepen advisor understanding of alternative investments, foster collaboration, and strengthen the firm’s global distribution strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally with international scope and a focus on sales, client engagement, education, or training initiatives
- Proven ability to execute and deliver multifaceted programs with exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline
- Outstanding storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaboration across internal sales organizations and external client networks
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage sales teams and senior stakeholders
- Expertise in international investment or asset management preferred
- Highly self-motivated and driven, with the ability to lead projects independently and deliver results with limited oversight
- Comfortable using data and qualitative feedback to inform strategic decisions, measure success, and optimize engagement
- Proactive self-starter with strong ownership and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Highly collaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable across diverse markets and cultures
- Excellent relationship management and conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and Asia
