Senior Accountant, Consolidations

Brookfield Renewable is seeking a Senior Accountant, Consolidations to coordinate and execute the monthly consolidation and close process. The role involves delivering consolidated results, coordinating intercompany reconciliations, and maintaining internal control documentation. The ideal candidate will have a solid analytical background, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with financial systems and IFRS.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Recognized professional accounting designation from CPA Canada or CPA US
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressive work experience with Canadian or US public accounting firm
• Strong financial systems experience, including advanced Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with accounting and consolidation systems considered an asset (OneStream, Cognos Controller)
