Job Description
Academic Advisor supports students holistically following first term enrollment through graduation. Utilizes a case management approach to assess students' academic levels, guide them through the career exploration process, and facilitate the development of academic plans.
Requirements
- Master's degree required
- Four years of relevant experience
- In-depth functional knowledge and expertise in area of specialization and general knowledge of related areas in the College
- Strong diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to plan and manage own work flow, priorities and results accomplishment
