Associate General Counsel

This position reports to the General Counsel and is primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as supporting the Office of General Counsel in responding to public records requests and monitoring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar or if recruited from outside of Florida, employment is conditional upon passing the Florida bar and being licensed within 12 months of employment
• Three (3) or more years of legal experience, with contract negotiation experience preferred
