Job Description
Broward House, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to maintain all Broward House owned properties through supervision and direction of facilities technicians. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management and be able to lead and train employees.
Requirements
- Coordinate work of facilities technicians
- Perform inspections on work completed by other facilities technicians
- Assist licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC personnel
- Monitor and respond to Maintenance Helpdesk requests
- Maintain inventory of maintenance related equipment and supplies
