Job Description
The Application Services team is seeking a DevOps Analyst to enhance customer and technical collaboration within Behavioral Health IT Solutions. This role will focus on applying expertise in the technology product space, supporting operational excellence, and providing analytical support for application-related issues. Requirements
- Support the creation and maintenance of delivery roadmap for platform feature set(s) or technical product for Behavioral Health IT Solutions
- Drive operational excellence including Incident Management and process automation
- Provide analytical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
- Understand, document, and communicate dependencies
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies
- Configure, develop, test, troubleshoot and evaluate performance.
