Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Advertising, or Journalism
- 15 years’ experience in a formal communications role, preferably in employee communications
- 5 years in a leadership role, leading large integrated teams responsible for a large book of business
- Exceptional communication and written communication skills
- Exceptional planning, project management, and coordination skills
- Deep experience in successfully leading large teams and developing a culture of trust, enthusiasm, and engagement
- Strong issue resolution and team member engagement skills
