Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Advertising, or Journalism
• 15 years’ experience in a formal communications role, preferably in employee communications
• 5 years in a leadership role, leading large integrated teams responsible for a large book of business
• Exceptional communication and written communication skills
• Exceptional planning, project management, and coordination skills
• Deep experience in successfully leading large teams and developing a culture of trust, enthusiasm, and engagement
• Strong issue resolution and team member engagement skills
