Customer Service Support Advisor assists in expanding customer bases, performs technical reviews, develops understanding of customer area processes, and assists with custom reporting and data analysis.

Requirements

• Assists in activities to support the expansion of the existing customer bases
• Performs technical reviews of documentation, administration procedure and filing processes
• Develops a working level understanding of the assigned customer area processes
• Assists with the creation of custom reporting, metrics, data analysis
• Refers any issues outside of procedures to a more senior sales advisory professional
