Customer Solution Design Specialist

Customer Solution Design Specialist job at BT. We're looking for someone who can lead our technical designers, drive project completion, and keep the customer at the heart of everything. The job involves collaborating with customers, translating technical requirements into solution designs, and driving continuous improvement in design and delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Team player with ability to support colleagues and share knowledge
• Collaboration with wider teams such as Pre-Sales, Project Management and Support colleagues
• Experience in network design, ideally with enterprise or public sector clients
• HPE Aruba certified to Associate level with a solid working knowledge of Aruba AOS-S Switches, Aruba AOS-8 WLAN, Aruba AOS-CX Switches, Aruba AOS-10 WLAN, Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba SD-WAN
• Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies advantageous
