Job Description
Bubble Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Inside Customer Service Representative to serve as a key connector between Bubble's dermatology team and dermatologists nationwide. The role involves leading virtual product demonstrations, driving awareness, building relationships, and gathering feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. This position is vital for bringing Bubble’s dermatologist community to life and influencing product recommendations.
Requirements
- Experienced in inside sales, customer service, or dermatology/skincare account support
- Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven and motivated by performance goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
