Job Description
DR. EMI ARPA Skin GmbH, a German skincare company founded by dermatologist Dr. Emi Arpa, is seeking a Personal Client Advisor to be the voice and first point of contact for their most loyal customers. The role involves building personal connections, providing tailored support through various channels, and leveraging CRM insights to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, relationship management, or VIP care, possess excellent communication skills, and a passion for skincare.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, or VIP care
- High level of empathy, discretion, and communication skills in German & English
- Ability to inspire people with service and personality
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Good understanding of digital tools, product worlds, and individual customer needs
