Job Description
Bubble is seeking an experienced Director of Mass Retail North America to own and scale their business across Walmart, Target, CVS, and Loblaws. This role focuses on driving profitable growth through strategic channel and retailer partnerships, retail media, merchandising, and comprehensive data analysis. It involves balancing brand-building, operational rigor, and people leadership within a dynamic, agile environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years in CPG/consumer challenger brands with multi-retailer ownership
- Proven people leadership skills
- Full P&L ownership for retailer portfolio/pack architecture
- Deep expertise in Walmart and/or Target, CVS, Canada (Walmart CA/Loblaws)
- Working knowledge of Walmart Connect & Target Roundel
- Experience with POS and retailer portals
