We are looking for a front desk agent to join our Team! The front desk agent is the face of the hotel and the first to show BLA's excellence in service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling cash and credit card information, and providing relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred
- Marriott experience is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred
- Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
