Job Description
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team. The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, providing superior service to all guests.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred
- Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
