Senior Director, Programs (Builders and Developers)

Build It Green (BIG) is a nonprofit seeking a Senior Director of Programs to transform residential real estate development in California. Requirements

• Five-plus years of management/leadership experience in residential real estate development
• Strong track record of designing and implementing programs
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with co-workers and outside partners
• Understanding of the sector's current approaches and willingness to innovate
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other technology platforms
